Fourth time we used Ridley West. Ridley did a fantastic job installing very large and beautiful custom wood windows and doors in keeping with the character of the house. Installer were AMAZING. Clean, detail oriented and so polite and thoughtful.

Great job from start to finish! Dan did a bang-up job at my house understanding what I wanted. The install team did a really beautiful job of installing the windows. The finishing was superb, they took away all the old windows and the place was spotless afterwards. Would highly recommend!

Their staff was friendly and helpful, not afraid to make suggestions where necessary. They called when my windows and doors were in and came on the days they committed to. Ridley's installation team was outstanding, they cleaned up as they went along and were never bothered by any question I may have had. The results were well beyond my expectations, they were kind and courteous. I have a lot more work to be done on my house, but they never pushed or tried to sell me more than my budget could afford. We had Ridley Windows install a 16 x 8 patio door and they were fantastic!! There was an issue with the deal that they noticed and came and installed new glass in it. Wow!! this is an above and beyond level of service. I appreciate the attention to detail and even the owner came out the help. This is why price shouldn't be your only consideration when buying. They quality of the mechanism, the level of service, the warranty should definitely be factored in.

Replaced 6 windows on our home. Window quality appears excellent (Ostaco) and the install work was at a very high quality level, including the finishing trim work inside and outside.
